Product Introduction

The special cooling tower for plastic extrusion production lines is the core heat dissipation equipment of water-cooled chillers. It provides continuous cooling support for the temperature control system of the production line and is an essential auxiliary machine for large-scale and high-capacity extrusion lines. It is mainly suitable for water-cooled conditions in continuous extrusion production of pipe materials, profiles, and plates. Based on the principle of heat exchange between water and air, the cooling tower transfers the heat absorbed by the extrusion equipment from the chillers through the packing layer and fan inside, achieving rapid dissipation and completing the cooling water circulation for cooling and recycling, replacing the one-time consumption of cooling water and significantly reducing production water costs.
