Q: What thickness range can one system cover?


A: With the right die and calendaring, a single setup can cover several adjacent ranges. We recommend dedicated tooling for very thin sheets and a separate setup for foamed boards.

A: Yes. Many applications tolerate 15–40% recycled content, depending on surface and mechanical targets. We validate the ratio during trials.
