Pipe Extrusion Lines


For water supply, drainage, and gas applications, PE, PVC, and PPR lines use modular die heads, precision vacuum calibration, and stable haul-off. Synchronized cutting helps maintain roundness, wall thickness, and smooth surfaces. Configurations include single or dual strand.


Match materials with single- or twin-screw extruders. Options include co-ex layers, gravimetric dosing, inline OD control, and printing/marking. From microducts to large-bore sizes, interchangeable dies and multi-caterpillar haul-off support different diameters. Cooling and calibration lengths can be adapted to your floor space.


Corrugated pipe systems produce crisp corrugation and high ring stiffness. Precise mold block synchronization, compact cooling, and closed-loop temperature control improve profile stability and save energy.


Profile and Panel Lines


PVC wall and ceiling panel lines use twin-screw extrusion, accurate calibration, and automated cutting/stacking for tight tolerances. Embossing and printing broaden décor options.


PVC window, door, and trim profiles benefit from high-torque screws, efficient venting, and multi-cavity dies. Co-ex color stripes or weatherable caps extend outdoor life. WPC/WPE decking and fencing lines integrate feeding and mixing to stabilize wood–plastic recipes. Cap layers improve scratch, UV, and stain resistance. PS foam picture frame lines pair controlled foaming with precision dies; inline cooling and traction maintain geometry and surface quality.


Sheet and Board Lines


Produce rigid, flexible, and foamed constructions with consistent thickness and finish. Inline gauging, trimming, annealing, and surface treatment are available. Tailored screw designs and temperature windows achieve clarity, impact, or flexibility targets. Multi-layer options add barrier or wear layers. Modular washing, separation, and drying help pre- and post-consumer plastics meet moisture and contamination targets for re-extrusion.
