WPC Louvers Production Line

WPC louvers production line is the basic equipment for the production of environmentally friendly wood and plastic gratings, using wood powder, agricultural and forestry waste, and PE/PVC and other plastics as raw materials, through automated processes such as mixing, high-temperature extrusion, vacuum forming, and precision cutting.  The basic configuration includes conical double extruder, customized molding and cooling system, which can stably produce waterproof, moth-proof and formaldehyde-free BBQ products.  The production line has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving and flexible customization, supports multi-specialty and multi-texture processing, and is widely adopted for architectural decoration, outdoor landscape and other fields to achieve resource recycling and green production.

1. Wide Raw Material Flexibility and Efficient Resource Recycling: It can flexibly process agricultural and forestry waste such as wood flour, rice husks and straw, as well as recycled plastics such as PE/PVC/PP, with the use of raw materials exceeding 95%.  It does not require complex pre-treatment and can be compatible with different proportions of raw materials, which not only reduces production costs, but also enables solid waste to be recycled, which is in line with the concept of green production.

2. High degree of automation and stable production efficiency: integration of automation modules of the whole process, such as automatic feeding, precision mixing, high-temperature extrusion, vacuum forming, and CNC cutting, to reduce manual intervention.  The daily output of one production line can reach thousands of meters, and the dimensional accuracy error of the product is ≤ 0.5mm, taking into account the effective performance and stable quality.

Strong ability to customize to meet diverse needs: support the production of grating products with different openings, thicknesses, lengths and surface textures by changing molds and adjusting process parameters. It can meet the needs of many situations, such as exterior wall decoration, laying outdoor platforms, or garden walls, and is also very flexible and very flexible to use.

Interior decoration on the walls/background on the walls: suitable for bedrooms, living rooms, entrances and other spaces, with rich surface finishes (imitation of hardwood, stone wood, etc.), which can directly replace traditional latex paints and wallpapers.  Formaldehyde-free version is more environmentally friendly, easy to install and easy to clean, can create a natural texture or modern simple style, and meet the needs of healthy home décor.    

2. Wall decoration in kitchen and bathroom: For humid environments such as kitchens and bathrooms, there are waterproof, moisture-resistant, anti-mildew and antibacterial properties, which prevent the problems of traditional tiles falling off and wood panels deforming from moisture.  The surface is smooth and oil-free, only needs to be wiped for cleaning, and the weight reduces the load-bearing capacity of the wall, making it suitable for long-term use in wet areas.    

3. Ceiling/partition engineering application: suitable for ceiling and partition decoration in offices, shops, factories and other spaces, light weight, good sound insulation, and fire and flame retardant function according to standards.  It can be cut and spliced as needed, adapts to different spatial configurations, does not require complex maintenance after installation, and has a long service life.
