Online Multi-Stage Texturing & Embossing
Our line features integrated embossing and brushing units that create realistic wood-grain textures in a single pass. The surface pattern depth can be precisely controlled, achieving textures with a depth of 0.1-0.5mm, which enhances slip resistance and delivers an authentic, high-end appearance.
High-Speed Vacuum Sizing & Precision Cooling
The multi-stage vacuum calibration system ensures precise profile dimensions and excellent surface finish. Efficient closed-loop cooling stabilizes the product shape rapidly, enabling a stable production speed of 2-4 meters per minute for standard decking profiles (e.g., 140x25mm), ensuring high output.
Fully Automated Cutting & Stacking System
Equipped with a servo-driven length measuring saw and an automated stacker, the line achieves cutting length accuracy within ±1mm. The system automatically counts and stacks finished boards, reducing labor by up to 60% and minimizing product handling damage.
