Product Introduction

The UV marble sheet production line is a professional automation equipment for the mass production of imitation marble decorative slabs;  The core is composed of raw material mixer, conical twin screw extruder, three rolls takvender, UV coating and curing system, automatic plate cutting machine and stacking device.  The production process realizes the fully automatic closed-loop method;  first, PVC resin, natural stone powder and other raw materials are mixed and homogenized, followed by high-temperature extrusion, precision obsession, followed by UV coating and ultraviolet rapid curing treatment, and a high-gloss, marble-like surface is formed, and finally cut to the specified size.  The production line has the advantages of energy saving, environmental protection, and high production efficiency;  able to flexibly customize color texture and plate specifications;  The output products are widely used in architectural decoration, furniture cladding and other fields, forming the core equipment in the production of cost-effective alternative materials for natural marble.

Superior surface texture: Equipped with a professional UV coating curing system, it forms a high-gloss, high-hardness imitation marble surface after rapid curing with ultraviolet rays, and has a high texture reduction rate;  Compared with ordinary paint production lines, the surface is closer to natural marble, scratch-proof, and easily cleaned.


Higher production efficiency: Realize fully automatic closed-loop production from raw material mixing to finished product stacking;  The UV curing process takes less time and cures faster compared to traditional natural drying or heat curing production lines, greatly shortening the production cycle and meeting the needs of large-scale mass production.
