Product Introduction

The PPR pipe production line is a complete system designed for manufacturing high-quality polypropylene random copolymer (PPR) pipes. It automates the processes of extrusion, shaping, cooling, hauling, cutting, and socket forming. The line produces durable, corrosion-resistant pipes, ideal for hot and cold water supply systems in residential and commercial buildings, ensuring consistent performance and long service life.

Our line is equipped with a high-efficiency single-screw extruder, specifically designed for processing PPR material. Advanced Vacuum Sizing and Multi-Stage Cooling

Integrated Online Socket Forming Unit
