Steel Mesh Reinforced PE Composite Pipe Production Line is an integrated system designed for manufacturing high-performance "steel skeleton reinforced PE composite pipes." It synchronously and precisely encapsulates a high-strength welded steel wire mesh within the inner and outer layers of molten polyethylene during extrusion. This process creates composite pipes that combine the corrosion resistance of PE with the high strength of steel, making them suitable for demanding applications such as high-pressure water supply and drainage, oil and gas transportation, and industrial fluid handling.

High-Strength Composite Structure with Precise Synchronization

Our production line integrates a synchronized welding unit for the steel mesh skeleton and a co-extrusion system. This ensures the high-strength welded steel mesh is perfectly centered and fully encapsulated by PE. The composite structure increases the pipe's pressure rating up to PN3.2MPa and enhances its resistance to external impacts significantly.


Superior Corrosion Resistance and Long Service Life

By completely isolating the steel reinforcement within the PE layers, the line produces pipes that combine metal-like strength with plastic's full corrosion resistance. These pipes are immune to electrolytic and chemical corrosion, ensuring a service life exceeding 50 years, even in harsh soil or marine environments.


Automated Control and Consistent Quality Output

Featuring a centralized PLC with automated mesh feeding, tension control, and thermal fusion monitoring, the line guarantees uniform product quality. It maintains a stable production speed of 0.8-1.5 meters/minute (for DN110-DN500 pipes) with a wall thickness tolerance within ±2%, ensuring every meter meets the highest standards.
